With the ever-evolving online poker promotions, now Full Tilt has put a twist on the World Series of Poker Main Event, offering Full Tilt Poker players the opportunity to take home some of the cash the Phil Ivey wins in November. To access this promo, click on “My Promotions” in the cashier section of the Full Tilt Poker software once you log in. There you will find a link that directs you to a sign up page that will serve as your official registration for this promotion.
Once you are registered, you’ll be entered into multiple random drawings based on the amount of play time you put into poker at Full Tilt and the results of your game. In a cash game, any time you earn a Full Tilt Point (FTP) off a winning hand, you’ll earn five drawing tickets. Alternatively, in tournaments that have a player base of less than 30 players, you’ll also earn five tickets for cashing in the money. For larger tourneys, you’ll get 20 tickets for cashing. Make the final table and get 50 more tickets for the raffle.
The winner of this raffle will earn a Sit & Go seat to the 5% Piece of Phil Ivey event. Depending on how much Ivey nets off of the Main Event, the winner will get 5% of his winnings. For instance, if he places 9th, the prize will be at least $63,0000; however, if he places first, the prize will be more than $427,000.
In addition to the 5% Ivey raffle, other drawings are also included in this promotion. You can also get into the 1% of Ivey’s cash, which will range from $12,000+ up to $85,000+. These drawings will take place Friday, November 6th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. ET at Full Tilt, and the actual tournaments will be held on Saturday, November 7th at 2:00 p.m. ET. There are also a number of other cash raffles that will award 600 cash payouts to lucky players.
