Aced Poker offers a 100% matching bonus up to $500 on all initial deposits that use Aced bonus code ‘ACED100’. For example, if you use the bonus code and make an initial deposit of $250, you will receive a pending bonus of the exact same amount; $250. In order to release your bonus from your pending bonus account into your real money account you must earn Aced Poker VIP points by playing in cash games and tournaments at Aced Poker. Every 250 VIP points you earn clears $1 of your bonus.

You earn 10 VIP points for every $1 you pay in tournament fees at Aced Poker. For example, if you played in a $20 + $2 tournament you would earn 20 VIP points. Since every $1 you pay in tournament fees earns you 10 VIP points and 250 VIP points are worth $1 of your bonus, this means that you clear $0.04 of your bonus per dollar you spend in tournament fees. This ratio is probably the worst you will find in online poker. The normal ratio is around $0.42 cleared for every $1 spent in tournament fees. This $0.04 for every $1 ratio is very poor compared to all other online poker rooms.

In cash games you earn 10 VIP points for every $1 you contribute to the rake. For example, if you are playing a heads up cash game and $1 is taken from a raked hand then you are said to have contributed $0.50 of the rake and are awarded with 5 VIP points. The fact that Aced uses the contribution method to calculate each players rake amounts a loose player will be able to accumulate VIP points faster than a tight player playing the same game. The ratio of rake contribute to bonus amount cleared is very poor for both tournaments and cash games at Aced Poker.

Every time you earn 1250 VIP points $5 of your bonus is released into your real money account. You have 60 days to clear as much of your bonus as you can. Any amount that has not been cleared after 60 days will be forfeit.

The Aced Poker initial deposit bonus is much more difficult to clear than the bonuses of most other online poker rooms. The fact that the rate of clear is only $0.04 cleared for every $1 you pay to the poker room makes it very difficult to clear your entire bonus in the allotted 60 days. The $500 maximum is a solid amount, but with the current clearing conditions it would be very difficult for you to clear the $500 bonus within 60 days.
